All
factory manufactured components are constructed of structural marine grade
aluminum 6061-T6 alloy. The components are MIG welded by ASE certified
welders to ensure integrity and accuracy.
Structural
components include:
* Main Dock Structure consisting of 9" C-Channel with 3/16" wall
* Crossmember spacing on 24” centers
* Roof Trusses constructed of 1/8” x 2” x 2” aluminum tubing
* Roof support posts constructed if 1/8” x 3”x 3” aluminum
tubing
* Corners constructed using aluminum castings for added strength
and impact safety
* 26 gauge roof material available in a variety of colors
* Dock system available with choice of aluminum, interlocking
textured finish painted flooring or IPE plank flooring
* High density polyethylene floats, U.S. Army Corps approved,
support the main structure
* Structural fasteners are stainless steel
Residential Galvanized Steel Dock Systems
Our company manufactures all the
galvanized steel frames on site. Certified welders then cut
and weld the frames together. Then the frames are loaded on
the trailer ready to get the finishing touch, which is
getting hot dipped galvanized. When the frames are done they
are brought back to the shop to start making the dock you
have always dreamed about.
Commercial Dock
Systems
The Commercial ML Dock
Systems are constructed of similar aluminum components that are used in our
residential systems. ML Dock Commercial Dock Systems are manufactured to
specifically fit the needs of your marina.
Finishing details such as flooring type and roof color are available.

DOK-TRUSS STEEL DOCKS
Our Steel
Truss Frames are manufactured out of 1-1/2” X 1-1/2” Angled steel. The
frames are hot dipped at 850 degrees for maximum protection against rust.
Our company uses 2-1/2” X 2-1/2” galvanized square tubing for the post. The
roof metal is 26 gauge high rib panels and comes in multiple colors. The
panels are then screwed down on 8"x2.5"x16 gauge galvanized Zee Purlins. The
customer has the choice of the type of deck used i.e... composite, treated
lumber, etc. Our Galvanized Steel Docks come with a 16' gangway.
